You can help CMS by donating items!
Here's an idea... If you are heading to Walmart, why not pick up a little something for a Clark Middle School classroom. Several CMS teachers have posted wish lists on www.teacherwishlist.com. They are requesting small items that would be put to good use. Many items you may already have around the house.
How it works:
1. Simply click the link www.teacherwishlist.com
2. Enter DRE's zip code: 66012
3. Find Clark Middle School and select a teacher's name
4. Print out a list (or two) and take it with you
5. Pick the items you can help with
6. Drop off or send them to school with your child
Don't see your teacher's name? Just email Janet Crouch at alivias_mom@hotmail.com. P.A.C.K.S. will get the message to them that parents are eager to help and encourage them to post their wishes.
Thanks again for your continued support!

Panther Prowl - October 11, 2011
What is the Panther Prowl?
The Panther Prowl is the one, all-school fundraiser we ask our students, parents, community, and staff members to participate in to raise funds for student centered incentives.
Why should my student participate?
The students, staff, and parents can enjoy a nice afternoon on Tuesday, October 11th walking or running approximately 3.0 miles on a route in Bonner Springs. The health benefits from exercise and laughing with friends will be a great way to celebrate the end of 1st quarter.
Each participant who collects or donates $20.00 will receive a t-shirt, participate in the walk/run, and enjoy donated gifts and prizes from our community of Bonner Springs-Edwardsville.
This has become one of the most memorable events in a middle school student’s term at CMS.
How can I volunteer to help with the Panther Prowl?
Contact the PACKS (Parents Always Communicating with Kids and Staff) table to sign up or contact Melissa Grimm at jayhawkie@yahoo.com
For more information or if you would like to make a personal/business donation, please contact CMS directly at 422-5115.
